TomTom GO app missing in play store (Android Auto)

Hi all,

I've discovered that installing TomTom Go or Here wego via the Aurora store does have the drawback of the apps not appearing in Android Auto. When i install HERE WeGo via the play store i am able to use it in Android Auto.
However, with downloading TomTom i am encountering issues. When searching for the app, it does not appear.

Anyone encoutering this issue and have a solution?

You have to install apps through the Play Store for Android Auto. That's how it works. You can't use Aurora Store.

Dumdum not true, I'm using waze installed from Aurora and it works OK

The store county was wrong and the app was not available.
Is now fixed by changing the country

Bizarre. I recall posts in the past (including the GOS account I believe) that said Play Store was required. Maybe its a per-app deal or something. Fair enough.
