I live in Germany and Deutsche Post & DHL has all of these parcel lockers everywhere, but to use them, you need to verify your account either by letting a post man verify you or by connecting you id card via NFC. there is also a government id app, where you can use NFC to identify yourself with your id card. and with that, I've not had any problems. but with the post app, it doesn't work. it seems like a pop-up isn't getting through or some link isn't opened. but my phone is not trying to read my id card. I could imagine that the GrapheneOS developers heard of the id app in Germany and made an exception for it, because they know it's legitimate and people might need it. but the post app doesn't have that exception.
