Error downloading the same app in different user profiles

Hello,

I’m trying to install the same app in two different user profiles using Aurora Store.

On Profile 1, the download and installation worked fine. However, on Profile 2 I encountered these two errors:

App not installed as package conflicts with an existing package
Install failed internal error: install failed session file in use

Is this a known limitation — meaning it’s simply not possible to install the same app in two different user profiles — or could this be a bug?

Rather than downloading it twice, just enable the app in the secondary profile. From the main profile go to settings > system > users, then choose the secondary profile from the list and hit "install available apps" and then just choose from the list which apps you want to make available to the secondary profile.

MEGAbyter doesn't this defeat the whole purpose of privacy then?

No, app data isn't transferred.

Also on another note, Aurora Store is not recommended. You should use the official Google Play Store.
