Play Store app updates slow

I'm a beta user for Pro Launcher, a new release was put in the wild on 24/07, though the Play Store isn't showing the update. I accept that there may need to be time for updates to propagate across Google's download servers but this seems too long.

I run Windscribe, but have tried with the VPN both connected and disconnected. I've cleared the Play Store cache a few times, logged out and in plus restarted my device and nothing has triggered the update to show.

Does anyone have any ideas why there could be such a delay please.

I don't think this is a GrapheneOS problem. I have the exact same issue on my non-GrapheneOS phone. I think Play Store's just really cautious with their staged rollouts.

Thanks for your help. Looking into this in more depth I think the issue is that I'm receiving all normal updates OK. I'm aware of the beta release date for Pro Launcher, yet still after two weeks the update hasn't come through.

On a second app with beta access, it appears I'm stuck on stable as the beta releases aren't being made available to update to.

Is there any reason why the Play Store seems so far to only allowing stable updates, and not showing beta updates despite signing up for those releases.
