Shared key for Interprofile sharing

When setting up Interprofile sharing, what is the best way to share the key among profiles?

One thought was a dedicated user profile to run keepass and generate the passphrase. Then share that to each user that needs it. In each user:

copy the pass to clipboard
put it in the sharing app, making sure no other apps get foreground
then, clear the clipboard in that user before any other app has a chance to read it.

Would there still be a leak? Should you wait till you did this before pushing other apps to the user profile? Is there a better way?

Yes. Generate it outside, like on a computer using diceware password generator, so you can easily type it in to all profiles.
