I'm now trying to login to my Supercell account for more than appr. 2 weeks and always get the same stupid error message no matter what I do:
Oops! We blocked your request due to unusual activity. Please try again. If the issue persists, please restart the game or disable VPNs and proxies. In the case of persistent issues, please contact our player support.
Things I've already tested, which didn't resolve the issue:
- try TOR Proxy instead of my VPN
- reinstalling (with APK's and through Google Play Store)
- enabled exploit protection compatibility mode in settings
- tried ANY email
I didn't go in with my real IP to try out and I don't have to because someone else with the same exact problem, who reported this issue in this forum, already tried. Unfortunately, the post from 7 days ago has been deleted for whatever reason.
If its relevant, their login is guarded by Google reCaptcha. I'm using the Vanadium WebView, which shouldn't be blocking the Captcha. The player support has no idea what is causing this and since someone else WITH GRAPHENEOS already tried logging in with their REAL IP, I fear that even though that the error message says to disable VPNs and proxies, this isn't causing this issue and as far as I know, they are not really blocking any VPN's or proxies, it would harm their playercount more than you think it would actually benefit them in any way. Here is an important section from the post I was still able to retrieve through my google link description regarding the forum post: "Unable to login to Clash Royale Supercell ID [--> That was the title of the post, you can probably look the post through Google/Startpage up] I turned off my VPN, (Mullvad), reinstalled the game, tried with google play ..." I'm thinking that its rather something within GrapheneOS. I know that in February and March I was still able to login without any issues and now suddenly a post from another GrapheneOS user with the same problem to the same time? I think thats no coincidence.
