So this small circle started to apear in lock screen and looks like covering the dot of camera and microphone when its active !!

Iamrmz if you're referring to the dark grey circle in the top right corner, that's the user profile icon. It looks like you've maybe changed your profile picture and that is what is being rendered now in place of the default icon (normally a red generic user image).

You can see the default user icon in this screenshot. It looks like you've just changed yours. Do you recall doing that?

It sounds like the black circle is the icon of the user profile that you're currently at.

You can go to Settings > System > Multiple Users and change that icon, and you should see that instead.

You could also factory reset your phone if you're really worried about it.
