hobbitus I have no first-hand experience with any of these but I recall reading this comparison once, which seemed very thorough: https://frank-ruan.com/2024/08/27/removable-euicc/ and, as it turns out, has an update too: https://frank-ruan.com/2025/04/12/removable-euicc-follow-up/ (Bookmarked it in case I ever needed it but I have not verified any of the information, so if something there is inaccurate, don't blame me.)

What is your use case? I have one from https://www.estk.me/ that I setup using https://gitea.angry.im/PeterCxy/OpenEUICC.

The first setup had to be done on a Samsung phone because on my Pixel 7 the sim didn't get detected, after that it worked just fine. Every esim that I have tested works fine except silent.link which always fail to install.

I have been using the JMP eSIM adapter for the last 8 months or so without issue on GOS, it works flawlessly both here in EU and abroad (S America, Oz).

Thank you for sharing your experience and suggestions.
My interest started because I didn't know that I can have two eSIMs on at the same time. Then I realised that some of these adapters can have up to 50 profiles/eSIMs and therefore I could easily move eSIMs from device to device.

However, the latest interest is fuelled by Amazon. I was searching where I could get any of the cards in the UK and Amazon claims that they have an IMEI serial number! I expect that they are wrong and confusing IMEI with EID serial number, which is a unique 32‑digit serial number assigned to a device’s eSIM chip. But it would be awesome if the cards actually have IMEI... if nothing else because some network providers lock eSIM to specific IMEI.
