In the past, I had a problem with Molly where the proximity sensor doesn't work for incoming calls but works fine for outgoing.
Today I tested it again just to confirm. What the interesting is, the other party is on stock Pixel OS (6a) and official Signal installed from the Play Store. And for them, Signal behaves the same way - on incoming calls it does not turn off the screen when moving the phone close to the ear.
So, I'm unsure whether the problem is in the app or in the OS.

No such issues on GrapheneOS built-in phone dialer.
