Coming from graphene on a pixel 7 where this reliably worked - If I turn on color correction in settings or via shortcut on my new pixel 8, it's stuck that way until I restart the phone. I can't go back to normal colors.
I prefer to have my phone on grayscale most of the time, but it's nice to easily switch to normal colors if I need to show someone a picture or something.
