How can I make user profiles to use owner's VPN?

As I have multiple user profiles, and private spaces, I'm wondering how one can use just one instance of VPN app (in owner) for all of them? It may or may not involve any 3rd party FOSS app.
An example of somewhat similar behavior could be the Orbot app that, once installed in owner profile, can be set as a proxy in user profiles.

This may help with both battery and administration aspects. Thanks.

I understand that currently Android offers only "VPN" way of capturing traffic. I'm sorry, I wasn't specific enough - what I meant (simplified) that I want to fully configure VPN app in only one user profile (with multiple countries VPN endpoints, etc) and then in other user profiles, do just basic setup to redirect traffic to that "main" profile, so I don't need to re-configure vpn provider profiles, etc.
sing-box looks like relevant thing, though need to explore.

You can use some advanced proxy software like sing-box that will act as Android VPN in owner profile, it can allow you to use your VPN as outbound and create multiple local inbound SOCKS proxies for all your secondary profiles while also using the tun inbound to route the owner's connections through VPN outbound. The connections to these SOCKS proxies can also be routed through the configured outbound VPN.
In the secondary profiles you can use the same sing-box/etc software and use the local SOCKS as outbound and tun as inbound. Or you can use RethinkDNS to also be able to filter the connections.
