Unresponsive touchscreen 9 pro XL

Hello everyone

I noticed some isue with my devices touchscreen responsive. I had to press the power button for 10 seconds and after that the volume down button. Device rebooted and problem solved. Somebody called me and i was not able to use my enteire device, because my device was not reacting of my activities.

Hopefully there is a solution in the next software update?

I have a the same phone and don't have this issue. Before deciding it may be a physical problem, check timing settings under accessibility.
Look at special permissions for 3rd party apps that might have overlay or other. Consider there may possibly be something malicious.
Have you tried spinning up a new profile, after reboot and disabling other profiles to see if you have the same issue.
