cloerr Can a USB-C to USB stick be useful to connect to a phone and save the entire system with data? I am wondering how this can be done. Or are there more convenient and safe ways to backup? I would appreciate your answer, as a recent data loss has pushed me to do this.
__Blank__ cloerr Perhaps a secure drive such as proton drive or any end-to-end drive could fit your needs. It depends on what kind of backup you want to achieve. A phone clone ? To restore any apps, settings ect... Or just saving local documents, photos ect... ?
printf Seedvault seems to be the default option. Although the devs have been saying to replace it since more than 2 years, I see no progress on it. Probably never, now that google increased their workload.
__Blank__ printf otherwise you could use Google drive with tools such as cryptomator to encrypt your data
KitsuneNoBaka I backup feew folders with syncthing locally to my NAS. Don't remember If I did full phone backup tho.
calpurtmun I use Syncthing mirror android folders to my computer, and that mirror automatically gets backed up when my computer backs up.
