Hi, I’m having a very similar issue, internet works fine on my prepaid SIM, but no VoLTE or WiFi calling, so I can’t make calls or send SMS. When I put the SIM in another phone, everything works. Seems like it might be a phone-specific or compatibility problem. Has anyone figured out a fix for this?

JamesHolafer In general it is more likely that people here can be more helpful if more detail is provided. In this case the name of the carrier seems potentially useful, also whether or not the device is roaming.

de0u I’m using a Lycamobile, and I’m currently roaming in Denmark. The phone that has the issue is a GOS device, and as I mentioned, when I put the SIM in another non-GOS phone, VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling work fine. Hope this helps clarify

I’ve checked that my LTE connection is strong and stable, so it doesn’t seem to be a signal problem. I’m wondering if it could be related to carrier settings or APN configurations on the GOS phone. Any ideas on what I could try to get VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling working online?

Plus I also made sure that my phone is updated to the latest software version. I haven’t changed any network settings manually yet. If it helps, I can share the exact APN settings that are currently on my phone.
