Device admin app spoofing

Is it possible to spoof giving an app like outlook device admin privilege, similar to storage scopes? To enable use of an email account in the outlook app whose policy requires this, without actually giving admin access.

No, I do not believe this is possible at this time. Work profiles might be able to accomplish your desired behaviour though, I'm not sure. You can probably find several similar topics here in the forum.

Outlook Web Access (OWA) via a web browser as a progressive web app (PWA) may be an option as well, depending on your needs.
