Startpage implementation in Vanadium

Hi There, I‘m new to this whole space and just doing some setup. While setting up Vanadium I noticed that Startpage.com is not supported to pick as default search engine.
Are there any plans on implementing it or am I just too dumb to do it myself?

I just followed these instructions using Vanadium on my phone and it worked perfectly to set my default search engine to Startpage.com.

This is not working on my phone. I'm in a regular (not incognito) tab and Startpage still isn't showing up as an option. Any ideas?

I'm also having an issue with it, to bump this. Anyone else want to give it a try?

Edit: ok, just got it... In a really dumb way. I switched POST to GET, saved it. Nothing after multiple searches. I turned off JavaScript as a suggestion I found in another post. Nothing.

Randomly I changed the Startpage setting to show 20 results instead of 10, saved it, and it shows up now. Mmmk.

Croissant I got Startpage after doing Post-Get, and a huge lot of searches eventually when about to give up, there it finally appeared below the defaults, as a new category 'recently used'. And contrary to DDG, Startpage respects my user settings also when context searching from anywhere in the phone UI, and from the NTP search bar.
