Bobber did you mean .vcf file? If you moved from Android to GrapheneOS, you should have been able to export your contacts to a .vcf file from your old Phone. Then share it with your new phone via computer file transfer, email or another method. Save it to files on your new phone. Go to contacts and click import contacts. Select .vcf or v card and choose it from your files. And you are done. If you moved from iPhone to GrapheneOS, you will need to use a third party app to export them. From my knowledge, only a .vcf format will work. Hope this helps. :)
