After a few minutes from a reboot things start to kind-of break (every couple minutes before I disabled dev options, too eay to tell the period after I disabled them). On the latest Stable branch.
Initially i had some dev options enabled with (at least) animation scaling and blutooth options modified but after fully disabling them and rebooting, at least some of the symptoms persist while things appear to have improved but its too early to discern the difference.
Some of the symptoms:
- (after i disabled developer options) This occurred once. When toolbar is swiped down, and holding one of the buttons like bluetooth or wifi, the animation does go off and buttons enlarge to the largest size but nothing happens (update: the pressed down bluetooth page opened after a minute, UI back to normal fully functional again)
- (before I turned off developer options) the notifications of secondary user persisted exactly as they were when profile switched.
- (before I turned off developer options) My secondary user has fingerprint + 2fa pin option, owner has only fingerprint on its own. I was probably confused but it might've let me login with only fingerprint, without the 2fa pin.
- (before I turned off developer options) The taskbar buttons bluetooth, wifi etc. some or all of them would go fully black or a darker color. I observed them going fully black and in another instance only bluetooth button was affected with greyish colors while others were normal.
- (before I turned off developer options) The buttons on task bar wouldn't work when the phenomenon happened. Brightness wouldn't change except when manually done within settings, bluetooth and wifi etc. buttons wouldn't toggle or holding on thex wouldn't do anything.
Only unusual used app that comes to mind is, KDE-connect with media control of another device(it gives the music playback media controller on the notification– which I hadn't used anywhere nearly as much except before this started to happen the other day. I also have hotspot enabled while using KDE Connect and switch to secondary user to use it.
I'll try to analyze the situation better and get photos for clearer communication.
