Work email to GrapheneOS?

Newbie here (to Pixel 7 Pro, GrapheneOS, the forum)

I use Outlook for work and I used to have it set up where I would receive emails in the standard iPhone email client, along with my personal emails from Gmail. I would like to replicate that again (get both work and personal emails to appear in the same client).

Any suggestions of the best way to do this? I tried fiddling with other options and haven't had luck. Thank you!

How about the official Outlook app from Play Store?

Try FairEmail (installed from F-droid). It worked for me!

Nine is a very polished email client that supports Microsoft ActiveSync (if your work email is Exchange) and many other protocols.
Comes with a pricetag though. Key can be bought from the company itself.

Another downer: Not open source, but it works well.

Outlook Lite. Only tracker in it is Firebase which is killed at the DNS level. Plus it's sandboxed anyways. Assuming you're taking care of trackers at the DNS or VPN level.

Outlook PWA is also worth using no app and no added attack surface. Open outlook.com in Vanadium then pop open settings and then 'Install' or 'Add to Homescreen'.

The business version of Nine called Re:work is better still. I use it with a work profile.

Personally Iam not too keen to use proprietary software like Nine on something robust like Grapheneos.
What Iam using for years now with a slight discomfort regarding security is the good old Mail and Exchange app from Lineageos:

and
com.android.exchange

They work very well with Grapheneos as well. Lineageos project stopped their development in 2020 due to the maintenance overhead compared to the amount of users who mostly chose some other client anyway.

Why does Grapheneos not pick up those two apps in order to add native exchange support ?

PS.: If you install those apps you need to grant the access rights manually. They are not designed to ask for it since they were originally shipped with the rom and not installed separately.
