I apologize if this has already been answered somewhere but a search didn't find what I was looking for. I am currently using Google fi and it requires Google play service for WiFi calling/texting. I do not have coverage at my home so this is uncomfortable to have no way to make calls and texts unless I use google play service. I am willing to pay for a good voip and texting app however I would need a real number.
