patienttruth99 Greetings, Does anyone else files app take a long time to open? Like 3-5 seconds. It's been this way as long as I can remember.
patienttruth99 other8026 weird. Thanks for the tip. I tried it, but nothing reliable. Sometimes it'll take a second if it's been opened recently, but often it'll take quite a while. I counted to 20 earlier while testing.
other8026 patienttruth99 When you tap the hamburger menu in the top left corner, do you see any apps listed under your device model about halfway down? If you can, try disabling those apps one at a time to see if any of them might be causing it?
patienttruth99 other8026 another good idea as I had four. I tried disabling them all though, and it still loads slow. Interestingly, after it's loaded once since a reboot it's pretty quick after that for a while (even if I force stop and clear cache).
nandohyphen1 The files app on my 6a also takes about 4-5 seconds to open. I noticed it after the update to A16. Not a big deal for me at all though.
