Broken brightness at 60 Hz and green tint / faulty unit?

I just got a new pixel 8, and I noticed some strange behaviors. After a first search, it could be a faulty unit, but I'm not 100% sure.

Main symptoms :

At 60 Hz (smooth mode disabled), the brightness control seems broken. For instance, the brightness at 100% is actually darker than at 80 %
At lower brightness settings, there is a green tint. But it's completely uniform. It resembles this : https://support.google.com/pixelphone/thread/168715062/pixel-6-pro-green-tint-when-not-on-maximum-brightness?hl=en

If I enable the smooth mode, then the brightness control works and there is no more tint at low brightness. However, the screens tends to blink when switching between 60 Hz and 120 Hz, because of the broken 60 Hz, I guess. Can be fixed by forcing 120 Hz, but seems not ideal.

Finally, when unlocking the phone with fingerprints, I notice a (flickering?) "wave" from the bottom of the screen to the top immediately after. It does not occur when unlocking with PIN.

Is it definitely an hardware fault?

The brightness issue seems the same than this, except I experience it during normal operation, and not when watching videos.

The green tint could be a "not anormal" behaviour of the oled screens, when I search it. it could be like this on pixel 8 pro. And it don't look like pictures like this. It's more like a "calibration" issue.

Remains the "non-linear" brightness setting for which I don't find any occurrence. And the "wave" after unlocking.

After more research, the "wave" animation is actually the standard one.

Then the final boss is still the brightness at 60 Hz. I made further tests yesterday at night, and when sliding the brightness, I have more the impression it changes the gamma : the tint changes, but the actual brightness not really. Can't say if it does the same on the stock OS, I immediately switched to GOS.
