Numerous Bugs Switching back from Secondary User Profile to Main One

Hey all,

I love the multi-user feature GrapheneOS expands upon, but it is rather buggy. Here is a list of a few of the bugs I am encountering when I switch back to my main profile.

The first app I launch after switching back crashes after a few seconds. Crashing does not occur after that. This happens consistently.
My wallpaper goes to black (the background in my secondary profile) after a few switches back and forth. I use Muzei and I have to manually re-enable it.
The main lockscreen sometimes freezes for a few seconds after I switch back.

Is there a better place to report these bugs?

Usually these kinds of oddities are caused by upstream bugs. I get the feeling that user profiles aren't used by many people across the many Android OSs out there, so weird UI bugs aren't reported as much to the AOSP team. You can report these issues in the GOS tracker that 314random linked to, though, but I don't think the GOS devs can do anything about it except wait for Google to fix the bugs.
