Notification Read, Reply & Control permission repeatedly removed

Hi, I have a Amazfit watch and use the Zepp app from the Google play store. To show, and reply to notifications it requires Notification Read, Reply & Control permission. I have set that manually but every few days it is removed. I have other apps with the same permission, like Gadgetbridge. Those aren't removed from the permission list.
Does anyone have any idea what causes this?

gec I am also experiencing the same issue with the Zepp App and have switched the Exploit Protection compatibility mode, Hardened Memory allocator, Virtual address space and every other option/permission to see i this would stop the permission removal. I mean, I have to switch watches for work so I have to go into the Zepp app fairly often but it still is a pain to have to double check if you still have your permissions on. I would love to get an answer to this as well. Thanks for posting

Play Protect seems to remove the permission. Not sure why yet but we'll see

Problem still occurred after disabling play protect indeed :(
Guess I was just lucky it kept it's permission a few days.
