How to flash stock with a broken screen?

So I dropped my Pixel 5a and while there doesn't seem to be any physical damage, the screen is done for. The phone is still responsive, the screen just flashes green upon any touch or interaction. Apparently this is a common issue and covered by Google's warranty.
Problem is, they will likely refuse to fix it once they see there is a custom ROM installed.
Anyone have any idea how I can flash the stock ROM with a broken screen?

phixion I can't help with the flashing aspect but my 5a suffered the same fate and Google covered it's repair at a local uBreakIfix. Came back as good as new.

Did you give it to them with GrapheneOS installed?

phixion No. At the time it was still on the stock OS. I was going to buy a P6 to install Graphene on and planned on giving the P5a to my wife.
I'm not sure the uBreak guys care either way, but I don't know that for certain. It's a fairly well documented issue and the OS has nothing to do with it.

Word good call, I'll contact a few of them and see what they think about it. I'd honestly rather not flash the OS if they can just fix the screen and I can have the phone as it was.

phixion It's physical replacement and like I said mine came back in perfect condition. But I guess that depends on the skill of the tech doing the work. Good luck!
