Separate permission of front and back camera

Is it possible to separate permission of front and back camera? When I only want to use the back cam in an app I have to block the front cam with a tap or my finger. If this feature is not implemented in GOS is there a Open source app that can do this? thanks a lot in advance

Legged8 there is currently on open issue for this on Github (source: https://github.com/GrapheneOS/os-issue-tracker/issues/2131), even though there has not been any progress since April, it hasn't been closed yet, so that is a good sign.

The GOS Dev team has been hard at work successfully porting to Android 16 despite the issues they've been dealt by Google not providing Pixel device support trees and have had to reverse engineer and build their own. So it is unknown when this issue will be prioritized.
