It must have booted and rebooted a couple times while waiting.
So, missed all the flash install reboot messages , I guess this is normal.
The screen showing
a. message back was Flashed raven-install-2025062700.zip
means it was installed.
Pressed the "Lock Bootloader", Locked and ready to move on.
Guess I solved it myself ;)
