When I run flash-all.bat from a command line it seems like works. It reboots a couple of times and then it stops with this error:

Baseband Version.....: N/A

extracting android-info.txt (0 MB) to RAM...
Checking 'product' OKAY [ 0.000s]
Checking 'version-bootloader' OKAY [ 0.000s]
Checking 'version-baseband' FAILED

Device version-baseband is 'N/A'.
Update requires ''.

fastboot: error: requirements not met!

I have no clue how to troubleshoot this problem and my searching is not really hitting on anything either.

I found this video of someone installing GOS and if you pause the video at 11:14 his baseband version is 'N/A' like mine is:

Something is off with the flash-all.bat script on the command line. I tried the web install version and it worked even though it downloaded the same .zip file:

"Downloaded tangorpro-install-2025062000.zip release."
"Flashed tangorpro-install-2025062000.zip to device."
