Where to file bugs for either GrapheneOS or apps...?

Is there an official platform to file bugs for either GrapheneOS or its 'standard' apps? In this case, I want to file a bug for the contacts list apps that comes with GrapheneOS.

I found this:

but I'm not sure if it is only for the OS itself as opposed to the standard apps.

For OS related issues (or in your case, regarding the contacts app) use https://github.com/GrapheneOS/os-issue-tracker/issues
