Can't connect to public or hotspots, I turn off airplane toggle and VPN but still can't connect. Do need change any setting ?

Can you provide any more details? The information provided isn't really enough for anyone to try and assist you.

Like, is there a captive portal and it's not working? Do you see any error messages? I see you added the Vanadium tag, have you updated Vanadium and Vanadium config to the latest releases? Does it "connect" but with no internet connectivity? Have you disabled internet connectivity checks?

Is 'Block connections without VPN' disabled under Settings > Network & internet > VPN? Even if you turn off your VPN that setting will still prevent you from getting internet.

Some Hotspots where I live have an issue with the "per connection" MAC randomization. You can change it in the connection settings to "per network" and see whether that solves it. Otherwise I can also only imagine a VPN issue or DNS block...

N1b I tried randomization network still didn't fix it. I couldn't connect to another network in public area which required password , owner of network gave password but still would not connect. Don't understand, my home network no problems connection.
