whiskeywalrus First of all, not every police station/airport/border agents office/whatever have cellebrite on site. Second, it would take them few hours to examine the phone, so it's not like they will do it just by "checking your document".
As for your question, the safest way is to print it and hand it in physical form. I never use my phone for boarding passes or any other kind of documents when crossing borders etc. Unless this is some kind of an app (some kind of national eID) no one can force you to have it on phone instead of physical.
