About Phone - multiple clicks isn't possible on new 4a

I just rec'd shipment of a unboxed Google Pixel 4a. I just took it to Cricket Wireless to have it added to my phone plan. Which now I realize I shouldn't have done until after installing GrapheneOS.

I now can't get past the 1st step: Multiple clicks on "About Phone" to get to developer mode.

Any suggestions?

You should definitely read the instructions carefully!
You shall tap on Build number multiple times and not on About phone.

It says, cit.:
Enable the developer options menu by going to Settings ➔ About phone and repeatedly pressing the build number menu entry until developer mode is enabled.

I'm not finding the Android / Google USB Drive to download.
