Update or No?

I literally just installed GOS on an old pixel and bought a new one to also install GOS, and found out that everything is changing. I've tried to research but am confused if one should update to Android 16 on a phone that already has GOS installed, or is that not the right thing to do considering all of the new challnges for the project. Thanks in advance.

I don't think you understand the situation, just keep automatic updates installed, you shouldn't be installing updates yourself (unless the device isn't ever online)

Preferably with default automatic updates as @"raccoondad" suggest.
