Phlogi You might open another thread because it is OT here. I do not understand why people use the AGOV app when you can use this service with a FIDO2 token. To my information a hardware security token is far superior. It never runs out of battery and it is much less likely to be hacked since it is offline and there are no other services running on it. You can (and should) register multiple tokens so you have redundancy. But you can only register one app.

You may say that the tokens cost but you can use Swisspass which basically everyone that lives in Switzerland has.

What about the new 6.0.0, does it still work with secure app spawning turned off?

I have the latest version (6.0.2) of the Postfinance app installed. It does work with "secure app spawning" turned off. I still hope that this gets fixed at the core and that GrapheneOS will be officially supported.

Thanks for confirming it! It was reported in this issue that it was not even working with secure app spawning OFF for some time. Since no one had said otherwise, it seems it has been deemed around here not to work at all any more.

A week after your reply, Postfinance released a new beta (6.1.0). It is currently working with secure app spawning ON. It is, however, very slow, but it’s probably for another reason.
