Files app view bug?

So I have been dealing with this all the years I'm using graphene os.
I prefer list view in files, but when i install an apk from files with toggling 'allow install unknown apps from this source' back to off upon installation done, the view goes to card view. Now if I leave the above said toggle on the view remains in list mode.
Should this be raised as an issue?

Onlyfun strange. I tried to do this myself, but couldn't reproduce the issue. I still see the icon to toggle the view near the top right above the file/folder list and under the filter icons. You don't see it anymore?

I do, the icon is always there. The issue is that the view keeps switching back to card mode, I just have to always switch it back. It's nothing more than a tiny inconvenience.

Onlyfun Same thing happens on my old phone if I do it the same way. Kind of strange. It doesn't do that when changing the permission without installing something. Couldn't get it to do that some other way. Agree that it's probably some harmless bug.
