Let's say I installed two apps from the same vendor: Google Maps and Google Docs (just a random example). I enabled Network permissions for Maps, but did not for Docs. Docs collects telemetry, but cannot upload it to Google. Can Maps somehow retrieve the telemetry data from Docs and send it to Google?
