how to disable a notification sound that comes along with getting a call or making a call?

i wanted to ask it on the signal forums but i can't log in with email there.
so i will ask here..

whenever i get a call with signal or make a call i get the ringing. but along with the ringing or while dialing i get a notification sound.....
i dont know why..
it is very annoying to get this notification sound for me because it is the sound that i saved for the notifs from my missile alert app..
how to disable a notification sound that comes along with getting a call or making a call?

What about Signal/Molly in-app Settings, then Notifications and then take a look in Calls section?

in the app i have not find a way to disable notifs sounds upon getting or sending a call..
maybe i should try to look again in the android settings instead of the app settings?
