Warning not received

Hello,
Today in Germany there was a warning sent to everyone. I am using Pixel 7 and I did not recieve it.
It was not sent as a test warning, so the toggle for test warnings should not be relevant.
Anyone else had this problem?
I think it is very critical.

I just enabled the flag for test warnings earlier this morning and successfully got the cell broadcast warning at my P7. I received the warning twice, once in English and once in German language. I'm not sure if it was technically flagged as test warning but the message itself started with 'Test Warning'.

ReadOnlyUser Thank you. My understading was that the warning today was marked as "Real". But maybe the news reports are confused for "test" and "real" warning when it comes to smartphones.

I believe this happened to many people today, at least i heard of that sometimes people even in the same room, but with different providers, did not get the message each.

It seems the issue is not with GOS itself. A friend of mine who is living in Germany received the warning on her Pixel 7 with GOS and Test alerts disabled.

I got the warning with disabled "test messages". Also it did overwrite the vibration and silent setting. My phone vibrated and did a sound. But I also know from others that they didn't get any message so it does not related to GrapheneOS I think.

An update, today there has been a new test warning and it worked. Probably last time, it was a problem related to the network and not GrapheneOS itself.
