Can't make phonecalls or send SMS

I'm using an Armenian Esim from Ucom with roaming activated. I'm currently in Spain and can't make phonecalls or send SMS or receive them. Mobile Data is working but
when I try to make a phone call it either tries to dial but then cancels and say cellular network not available and then mobile network not available or immediately cancels the call to say mobile network not available.

I'm using a Pixel 8a and the preferred network type is set to 5G although I only have LTE here.

I have the same problem with a normal Spanish sim which is functional on a none graphene phone.

Fixed it on the esim by changing the network but now I don't have mobile data on the normal sim but can make calls
