Fingerprint "Use for screen unlocking" is disabled for private space on secondary profile but sometimes it'll still allow it.
Exact steps:
- Log in to secondary profile
- Unlock Private space with PIN
- Open WhatsApp (in parent user, not private space), unlock with parent user fingerprint
- Exit app
- Lock screen, then unlock the same secondary profile
- Open Instagram (in private space), unlock with Private space fingerprint.
- Exit app
- Lock Private space
- Click unlock Private space
- That's where it asks for the Private space fingerprint which it shouldn't.
I've tried this with other app combinations, both Meta and non Meta apps, sometimes it also produces that problem but it seems WhatsApp and Instagram almost certainly produce the same result. I've also encountered that problem shortly after creating new fingerprints on Private space but it mostly went away after a few unlocks.
