Hi,
Roadie has a facial recognition security feature on almost every gig that a driver gets assigned. Before I can be assigned the job, I have to tap a button that says "Take Selfie" and the app launches the camera. The selfie / facial recognition step has to be completed in order to fully be assigned the gig.
The feature did work at one point roughly a couple of months ago, but has stopped working for a while now. I have to perform the facial recognition process using my iPhone. The face is detected automatically by the app using the camera, and when facial recognition security step is successful, the app displays the gig details.
On my Pixel 7 Pro with GrapheneOS, what happens when I tap the Take Selfie button, the camera appellate launches, and there is text at the top of the camera appellate that either says "Face not detected" or " Center your face on the screen". However, nothing happens and the camera appellate stays open. There are no buttons to tap to take the "selfie" since the app controls the facial recognition process using the phone's camera.
Does anyone know how to get this to work once again?
Thank you -
