Latest Update has Black Screened Phone

Just had the reboot notification for the new update, now the phone (Pixel 8a) won't turn on or charge? Complete black screen. Phone is not even a year old.
Any help would be appreciated, no backups saved so lost everything (rookie I know)

Djob44 Won't charge at all? Have you tried a different cable? Have you tried leaving it connected to a charger for a long time? Several hours won't hurt.

Charging is not my issue but Yes I have had it on the the last few hours with no difference.
I have managed to get it to boot, using power and volume button. The crash is occurring after the Graphene screen and my home screen opens. Then it is crashing. Then it tries to boot again, repeat.
The phone has had no issue it only occured after I was prompted to reboot on the latest update.
Is there a way I can get data from the phone so I can do a reset and reinstall the software?
