For some reason, I'm unable to set Brave Search as default search engine in Vanadium on Pixel Tablet. It just won't show up in Settings > Search engine. Other search engines, like Mullvad Leta, show up as expected. I've never had this problem on any other GOS device.
Does anyone have any idea why this is? Does it occur on all GOS Pixel Tablets? And is there a fix?
