htopxx0x0 You can try the following:
- restart the device
- go to
Settings > Security & privacy > Device unlock
. I don't think you'll see "Fingerprint unlock" there, but if you do, try tapping that.
- go to
Settings > System > View logs
. Save the logs by tapping the button at the bottom of the screen.
You can try to see if you can find if the device isn't finding the fingerprint sensors yourself by searching for either of the following:
BiometricServiceRegistry: No sensors found
or
AuthController: handleAllFingerprintAuthenticatorsRegistered | sensors: []
If you see either of these, it's likely a hardware problem.
