Feature request: "Never allow" for app permissions

I use GBoard and Pixel Camera, and I never want to allow them access to Network, Location and other settings. Please add another setting under each App Permissions in Settings. It might look something like this:

Network permission:
Allow
Don't Allow
Never Allow (requires App uninstall to reenable)

It would prevent accidentally switching them on, and give more peace of mind.

I see where you are coming from. Though selecting the Don't allow option does just that and it's up to the end user to have control of how they engage with their settings.
Such a feature would require someone maintaining it for all future builds. Which is unlikely to be a priority for anyone from the dev team to take on at this time.
