Disable 2g without having Sim Card in Phone to access settings menu

Hi, I want to bulk deploy devices and disable 2g and maybe 3g as well (Set to NR / LTE)
However I cannot access mobile menu without having a sim card attached to phone first. Is this something that can be updated in future iterations so that we can disable 2g / 3g or set network preferences without the physical sim being in the phone?

Otherwise is there any ADB commands I can use that will remain after reboot?

You can access the network settings by dialing ##4636## (star hash star hash 4636 hash star hash star - w/o spaces) > phone information > and set your preferred network type(s) within the menu.

I think you have to deal with it and re-set it manually after every reboot for your own device without a SIM...

On the other hand: Emergency calls rely on 2G and this is mandatory in areas with weak cell reception, because not every device has emergency call via satellite function.
