andrej567 Curve? Worked great, then they blocked my account because my driving licence expired, then they lied they must do it when it happens (they don't), then they tried showing me various FCA guidance as a support, then they lied it doesn't only apply to suspected money laundering and similar.
They lied they are (1) forced by the law/FCA to block the account upon expiry and (2) they cannot unblock it until I show the current documents. The reality is they could do it only if they suspected me of ML, financing terrorism or such.
The proof they lie is no other financial provider in the UK does it while operating based on the same guidance and law.
Basically they will lie and gaslight.
(I didn't have any problem with uploading my current documents because their ToS says current documents must be provided, I had problems with lies and gaslighting)
