Unique profile feature combat fingerprinting

Hey, so recently someone kept spam reporting my paypal account for scam, so whenever i make a new paypal account, with clean fresh ip, email + number, my account is still flagged. Was hoping i could understand more about this feature regarding unique profile, from graphene and hoping it would solve this issue of mine

Masonhobs do you like your bank and similar? Have you tried contacting PayPal or use another payment service?

Certain throwaway email domains and VPN IPs get blacklisted by some services. I don't know if this applies to PayPal in particular, but thought you should know.
