Location services not working

I've installed OSMAnd and google maps, both are unable to retrieve my location. I have the location services enabled in the settings and I've reviewed the network location documentation. I do not seem to be missing a config. Any advice on how to debug or fix this would be greatly appreciated!

bitboy111 what setup? Private space has additional toggle. 2nd profile I think I needed to enable it in owner first.
Im not sure but when Google apps need location, I think you have to enable on play services also.
I setup organic maps without play services and it gets precise location well.

looped_around that was it! I had to enable it in the primary profile. Thank you for your help!
