I am using GrapheneOS on a Pixel 7 and have a profile with Google Play Services enabled.
In this profile I installed Chrome and now I want to know if it is possible to install a PWA via WebAPK, so it appears as an app in the app drawer.
Please not that adding the PWA to the home screen works fine.
Every time I try to install a PWA in Chrome I get the option to install or add it to the home screen. When I press on Install it tries to install it, but then it falls back to the "add to home screen" screen.
Is this not supported because WebAPK uses the Google Play Services to generate the APK and this does not work in the sandboxed environment or am I missing something here?
